What is UDAY NXT, and how will it help me?
UDAY NXT is an exclusive program designed for Mahindra Last Mile Mobility Limited customers. It offers privileges and benefits tailored to help you and your family grow and succeed.
What is the enrolment process?
When you purchase a Mahindra Last Mile Mobility Limited vehicle, you're automatically enrolled in UDAY NXT. Membership begins from your vehicle delivery date & is valid for one year.
If I have purchased more than one Mahindra commercial vehicle, am I eligible for multiple UDAY NXT kits?
Yes, each Mahindra last mile mobility vehicle purchased enrols you in UDAY NXT, linked to a unique vehicle chassis number. Benefits are provided individually for each unique chassis number.
If I have multiple enrolments under UDAY NXT, can I combine benefits to avail of the insurance?
No, UDAY NXT benefits are assigned to a specific chassis number and cannot be combined across vehicles.
Can I transfer my UDAY NXT benefits to someone else?
No, the UDAY NXT benefits are non-transferable and can only be used by the original member.
If I sell my vehicle, can the UDAY NXT membership be transferred to the new owner?
No, the UDAY NXT benefits remain with the original owner and cannot be passed on to the new vehicle owner.
What does the insurance benefit include?
UDAY NXT offers accidental insurance coverage of ₹ 20 00 000, with 100% compensation in the event of permanent disability and 50% compensation for the loss of one eye or one limb. This coverage is valid for one year and applies to the Owner, Driver, or Appointed Driver (aged 18–65 years) with a valid driving license, for vehicles purchased post 6th November 2024.
Does this insurance also cover health or life insurance?
No, the program solely provides accidental insurance for the Owner, Driver, or Appointed Driver.
How can I access benefits for Addiction Control Counselling, Child Career Counselling, Business Finance & Investment programs & Government Schemes Awareness?
These programs are offered as hybrid sessions, subject to Mahindra Last Mile Mobility Limited's discretion. The schedule and mode of delivery will be announced based on availability, so please stay tuned for updates from Mahindra Last Mile Mobility Limited.
How can I claim the Accidental Insurance coverage?
The insurance coverage details and claims process will be managed by ICICI Lombard.
Can I renew my Accidental Insurance coverage benefit?
Uday NXT is applicable for 1 year only.
What happens to the Uday NXT benefits post 1 year of eligibility?
The Mahindra Last Mile Mobility Limited customer will be eligible for availing the benefits under Uday NXT post 1 year of successful enrolment except for Personal Accident Insurance benefit which is valid for a period of 1 year from the date of vehicle purchased.
What type of personal accidental coverage is provided in this program?
The program includes:
• 100% coverage for accidental death,
• The sight of one eye, or of the Physical Separation of one entire hand or one entire foot, then fifty percent (50%) of the Sum Insured as stated in the Schedule to this Policy hereto as applicable to such Insured Person.
• Total and irrecoverable loss of use of a hand or a foot without physical separation then fifty percent (50%) of the Sum Insured as stated in the Schedule to this Policy hereto as applicable to such Insured Person.
• If such Injury shall as a direct consequence thereof, permanently, and totally, disable the Insured Person from engaging in any employment or occupation of any description whatsoever, then a lump sum equal to hundred percent (100%) of Sum Insured as stated in the Schedule to this Policy hereto as applicable to such Insured Person.
What are the documents required to initiate the claim?
Claim Documents to be submitted as under: -
• Claim Form duly filled & signed.
• Copy of Invoice / Cash-Memo of the vehicle purchased or serviced,
• Copy of valid Motor Driving License,
• Copy of the RC Book,
• FIR lodged and recorded by Police Authority,
• Copy of Death certificate,
• Copy of Post-Mortem Report duly attested, Police Panchnama, if any.
• Cause of death; if not given in PM report
• Statement of Owner of the Vehicle, if any recorded by Police Authorities;
• Final charge-sheet copy / Final Police Investigation Report, if any.
• In case of death in hospital, copy of Discharge summary / MLC copy.
• Any further documentation as and when required.
How can I claim the Personal Accidental Insurance coverage?

What if the driver is under the influence of alcohol and other intoxicating substance while being involved in an accident?
In such case, the claim shall not be payable.
